I’ve mentioned one of hobbies already – herb gardening. My other hobby is photography. For a long time – before I turned to writing – I thought I wanted to be a professional photographer complete with a studio and clients and lots of fancy equipment. I decided that I prefer to make pictures for me instead of trying to make pictures to please anyone else.
That being said, I do still enjoy sharing my photos, so I would like to share a few with you now and then.
I was fortunate to travel to Kenya several years ago. I spent two weeks there with my father’s ministry (NewCovenant Ministries) taking photos in the village of Nderu on the edge of the Great Rift Valley. The photos I took while there are my favorite ones to share because it was such an incredible experience for me.
I hope you enjoy!
